Well today marks a count down for me, not in book nature wise but a countdown till the 16th when my Army soldier son comes home for the holiday. He got really sick in bootcamp and almost had to start from zero loosing 3weeks of training that he had to do again. But Thank God he got well, and not only he got sick but 17 or so others did get sick like he did.
    It is funny how your kids find out about life when they are on their own. He has seen stupidity on some of the solider who don't want to be there but others will pay the price. My son decided to go and maybe make it a career. He wrote in one of his letter another private almost killed someone with the rifle by not paying attention. That is the key thing in life. Paying attention to detail and not playing around when you need to be serious. I am proud of my 3 sons, My oldest is also Army but is National Guard, he has a beautiful wife and daughter of 6months. My granddaughter she makes me smile when I feel blue. When she is not here, her picture is everywhere. She is a blessing. I am currently writing a novel over 25,000 words name is "Candy Shop" hope to finish it soon for it to come out for Feb 2012. Wish me luck.

 Well today is one day before Halloween! If you are wondering if I am going to dress up? Nope. But I will be at a relatives doing a horror movie watch all day.. Since my family and my husband we all love horror movies. New and Old. And passing out candy to the kids. =)
Today spending time with my husband, brother in law and my sister in law.. eating homemade spaghetti. And Wine cake.. Yum... it is good, you can't taste the wine but it makes the cake really good, so soft that it melts in your mouth.
